Meet
Matthew Bonnett

Growing up, I can remember helping my Dad with construction projects like building decks or remodels from as early as 6 years old. He taught me how to work hard and the value of a dollar. When I was 13, we built our own home from foundation to roof and did 90% of the work ourselves. At 19, I left home and started traveling, working on super yachts, and sailing everywhere from California to Europe and back. After four years of traveling, I decided to settle down on the island of Maui in Hawaii and started a business pressure washing.

I moved from Maui to Tennessee for the greater opportunities in business and the overall feeling of freedom that I experienced here. Maui was very limiting (literally a rock in the ocean) and although a great place to vacation, I much prefer living here as a place to build my life and have my future family.

My favorite part of real estate is meeting new customers and showing them how I can solve their problems. After securing contracts for large companies such as Hyatt, I successfully sold my business in Hawaii before moving to Tennessee to launch my career in real estate.

I look forward to working with you and solving your house buying or selling needs.
